Sensory World is a sensory centre offering activities and support for disabled children and adults in Kirklees.

Activities and Times

Sensory World is open on weekdays, Saturdays, 9am – 2.30pm and Sundays, 10am – 2pm.

Adults

Bricks and Booze: first Friday of the month from 7pm

Bingo on Wednesdays, 11am – 12noon

Arts and crafts: Thursdays, 11am – 12noon

Scrabble Club: Fridays, 11am – 12noon

Luncheon Club: Thursdays, 11am – 2pm

Sunday Lunch: Sundays, 12noon – 2pm

Sensory Bay: Caribbean food on Tuesdays-Saturdays, 5pm – 9pm

Children

Explorers Club: Saturdays, 11am – 1pm. A variety of activities available, including games and crafts.

Activities are also provided during school holidays.

Fees

Sensory World offers a mix of free and paid for activities, some of which require advanced booking.
