This friendly Samba Band draws adults from all ages and all walks of life, learning to play all the Samba instruments together in a supportive group environment. All instruments and full tuition are provided by professional community percussionist Katie Mallard.

This group is suitable for adults of any age and ability and can include those out of work, carers, retired or those who have disabilities, mental health issues or anybody wanting to learn a new skill.

Activties and Times

Wednesdays, 10.00-11.30am at Holmfirth Tech.
Thursdays, 10.00-11.30am at Denby Dale Methodist Church.

Fees

First session is FREE. Then it’s £5.50 after or £4.50 concessions for those who come with a carer or those that cannot afford full price. Carers/support workers are always free. Coffee: 50p.
